People Have Noticed Stray Cats Taking Up Residence Near Market Circle Marks

The COVID-19 guidelines are followed by more than only humans. Animals demonstrate that they are adept at following the coronavirus guidelines. We want to tell you a tale about some stray cats that were seen occupying social distance indicators. This incident happened on a sidewalk in the Philippines’ Quezon City market street.

The purpose of these white circles on the pavement is to encourage individuals to keep at least a 1-meter space between each other in order to slow the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. These cats’ socially responsible behavior was shown in the photographs, which is how the pictures were able to capture internet users’ attention.

The discipline of the creatures was praised by many. With the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines, violators might learn a lot from these kitties. They contrast sharply with those who think the pandemic has nothing to do with them. The person who was able to take these pictures and post them online for the rest of the world to see is Coleen Joice Aquino.

The cats reportedly stayed in the circles for ten minutes or more. Cats that frequently visit the market in quest of food comprise this group. The pictures gained popularity and were even covered by the news after Coleen shared them on her Facebook page. “These cats were just wandering around the public market where our vegetable store is located when I took the pictures on May 10,” the photographer said. I had never noticed cats sitting in a circle before, said Coleen.

When Coleen shared her photos online because she thought they were cute and lovely, she had no idea that they would become popular. This person was ecstatic to have managed to take pictures of the kitties because she did so. These stray animals appear to return to the exact location to get food constantly. Although these cats seemed to be following the coronavirus rules, it is well known that they enjoy being in enclosed spaces.
